How long will it take to receive my order?
Can I follow the shipment online?
We keep customers informed; automatic emails are sent to customers telling them of the progression of their shipments. All orders include a tracking number. Customers may also follow their purchase directly from our website by entering the tracking number.
How long does it take for my order to leave your facility?
Paid orders ship from our facility within one business day. For orders requiring shipment on pallets or skids, we will communicate directly and confirm the delivery date.

We keep you informed
Shortly after placing your order we will send a confirmation email.
Before orders leave our facility, we will email your PDF invoice, and insert a paper copy inside your parcel.
Once we print your shipping label, an email is sent with carrier and tracking information.
Preparing and inspecting orders
Our personnel at the quality control workstation visually inspects all products before they are packaged.
With orders requiring a glass pipette (commonly called regular dropper), one is inserted in a pharmaceutical grade reusable bag.
This documented process helps ensure timely delivery, and satisfaction of all our customers upon delivery.
Packing orders using professional supplies
All consumer and wholesale orders are prepared and packaged using professional shipping materials. (as pictured)
Products purchased are inserted between custom cardboard dividers, and nestled around shock-absorbent biodegradable packaging peanuts, then shipped in a 200 lb resistant corrugated box.
